How paying works
Cropping, the checks and the preview are free, and so is a watermarked sample to download. The full files need a pass, paid once:
- Person pass1 person, up to 3 photos, 30 days$7.99
- Family passup to 4 people, up to 12 photos, 30 days$14.99
Stripe takes the payment, so your card details never reach CropPass. Passes are non-refundable, so check your photo with the free preview and sample first. See Refunds for the details.
What the checks look at
Head size and position, eye line, tilt, which way you are facing, eyes and expression, resolution and exposure, measured against each country's published requirements. They are there to catch problems before you print or upload. The passport office always makes the final decision, and rules change, so check with the office you are applying to before you print.
